EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FACILITY

Service TO the airport was fab. Polite cautious driver - nothing was a problem. Service FROM airport - admittedly our flight was delayed, but there were too many people for the van so we had to wait for a second unit to come. Driver did not appear to enjoy his job quite so much.

Very punctual on arrival but not on return trip - had to phone.

Friendly , on time

The only issue I had was I didnt know that they had moved address but with GPS we got there and had given ourselves lots of time.We found the team to be very friendly.The location was good. Cheers Moira,Marg & Denise.

Unfortunately due to COVID 19 being announced on the evening of the 12th of August I cancelled my flight as I was landing in Rotorua then driving to Hamilton and onto Auckland. Therefore I did not use my paid for six days at Airpark. My question is that I'd like to receive a refund please and how can I go about making that happen? Thank you

Friendly punctual service

My drop off was at 4am and I was served by 2 friendly staff members and immediately shuttled the short distance to the Christchurch airport. On return i waited only 10 minutes to be collected and reunited with my vehicle. Very good and less expensive than others with online booking and charging completed in minutes. Definitely use these guys again.

fantastic , booked online very easily. dropped the car off and there shuttle took me to the airport and picked me up on return, very polite staff and very helpful on return my car battery was a little flat staff helped me get going and on my way as quickly as possible. 10 out of 10 in my eyes
