Finding location and dealing with staff - no issues at all. However, arriving at 5:00 in the morning and not having my name on the list for the shuttle was frustrating. Luckily the guy at Flypark was very accomodating and got me to the airport in time. So if I had booked directly through them instead via u lot, it would've been a better experience

it was the worst i've ever had i followed instructions you had sent me phoned the number you gave me van driver answered told me to go where all shuttles go so did that under tower he said 10 mins he'd be there well past 10 he didn't arrive so phoned again he said he would be there soon as at international when he came he looked at my email from you he that numbers not his i said i was given this number to call he said "it's not him " i said why did you answer your phone to that number he said i'm not talking to you and jumped in the van and left (he was really like some horrid person another couple heard everything and asked what was happening i told them and the man rang number on my email and asked what was the trouble then van driver started up yelling again and said he would come and punch him so i had no idea where to go by then later i got a call from van driver he was so different very nice ??? i said i had come on an orange and black bus he said he knows now go over by jetstar and walk along there and a bus will come so i did that went to park and ride got my car went to go out and the gate wouldn't open in a lot of trying then talking through a machine i said i'd payed $44 on line anyway to get out i had to pay $49 as i used there facilities so after two hours i paid and left so i would like the $44 returned to my bank it was a big mix up and a nasty man who maybe helped and talked properly we may have solved things easily and quicker thankyou Patricia Rogers

No communication about broken down van even though it had been out if action for 2 days prior to our return. Could only return 3 of our group to get our cars then return to airport to pick up rest of our group. Quite frustrating to deal with after a long trip.

Easy to book. Great communication - easy when dropping car off and being transported to the airport was efficient. There were 7 in our group. Pick up was the same! We left 2 of our cars for 1 week - no problems at all and very affordable. We paid $57 per car. Value for money and staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely book again.

Friendly, looked after the car in secure car park, picked us up promptly.

Shuttle van is in rough shape but storage parking lot is nice clean and secure and you can’t beat the price.
