Upon Arrival

Arrive at Flypark car park about 20 minutes before you need to be at the check-in desks.

Upon arrival, park your car right outside the Flypark office and step inside to present your Parkhero booking confirmation from your email.

The Flypark team will guide you to the shuttle, and you'll be at the terminals within 5 minutes.

Upon Return

Upon returning to Auckland Airport, collect your luggage and call the Flypark team using the phone number listed in your confirmation email.

A shuttle bus will be dispatched immediately to pick you up outside the terminal.

When you arrive at the car park, your vehicle will be ready and waiting, ensuring a quick journey home.

No communication about broken down van even though it had been out if action for 2 days prior to our return. Could only return 3 of our group to get our cars then return to airport to pick up rest of our group. Quite frustrating to deal with after a long trip.
