How Does Valet Parking at Auckland International Airport Work?

Upon Arrival

Drive to the valet check-in desk at the outside of the International Terminal at Auckland Airport.

Specifically, the Auckland International Valet Parking Drop-Off is located on the ground floor of the Transport Hub. As you arrive at the Transport Hub, look for the valet-specific lane as you enter the hub.

If you booked online, show the attendant your booking confirmation email & hand over your keys.

If you didn't book online, request whether you want undercover or open-air parking, and depending on what is available, your vehicle will be booked.

Upon Return

After collecting your luggage, return to the drop-off desk and inform the attendant of your return.

They will retrieve your vehicle, you can pay if you haven't already, and you'll be on your way!

If you plan to drive a different car, update your vehicle details in the "Manage My Booking" section on the Auckland Airport website.

For those paying on the day, just drive up to the international terminal valet check-in and ask to book your vehicle for your trip duration. Do so around 10 - 15 minutes before you need to check-in.

To Cancel

You can cancel your booking for a full refund as long as it’s done at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
