How Does Parking with Car Park K Work?

Upon Arrival

Upon arrival at Car Park K, you need to scan the credit card used to make your online booking at the entry barrier.

Apple & Google Pay are not accepted.

💡Parking tip: You can not take a ticket at this car park; you can only enter by scanning or inserting your credit card.

Upon Return

To exit Car Park K, scan the same credit card you used to enter, to exit at the exit barrier.

If you enter the car park before or exit after your reserved time, over-stay rates will be applied automatically.

Should your credit card be unavailable, press and hold the help/intercom button at the barrier for two seconds until you hear a ringing sound.

You will need your booking reference, which can be found in your booking confirmation or the 72-hour reminder email.

The parking team will assist you in opening the barrier once your booking is confirmed.
